Questions

Before you decide

What happens after the 14 days?

The app stops and asks you to pick a plan. Nothing is deleted — your project is still in your browser, and you can export it to Excel or download the project file on your way out. Fourteen days is meant to be long enough to price a real job start to finish, which is the only test that tells you anything.

What does "no save" on the free tier actually mean?

Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent to us. You can do a complete takeoff, build the bill, compare quotations and print a purchase order — but when you close the tab, that work is gone. Export to Excel before you leave and you keep the numbers. It is a real constraint, not a hidden one, which is why we say it plainly here.

Why only 10 MB of drawing storage on Pro?

Honest answer: we are starting deliberately tight while we learn what real usage looks like, and a single large DWG can exceed it. Measurements always save regardless — the cap only affects storing the drawing file itself alongside them. Business pools 5 GB across the team, which is a different order of headroom. If you hit the Pro cap, tell us, because that is exactly the signal we are watching for.

What is the difference between Pro and Business?

Pro is built around one QS and their own jobs — your three projects, your rate library, private to you. Business is the moment a second person needs in: up to ten users, one shared rate library the whole team contributes to, shared projects, roles and PO approvals. If you are about to buy a second Pro seat, buy Business instead.

What does "dedicated database" mean on Enterprise?

On Free, Pro and Business your data sits in our multi-tenant database, isolated by row-level security. On Enterprise you get your own database instance — separate storage, separate backups, no shared tenancy — and you choose the region it runs in. Firms with client confidentiality obligations or a procurement security review usually need this in writing.

Can we self-host it entirely?

Yes, on Enterprise. The whole stack runs in your own cloud account or on-premise, with your database, your storage and your identity provider. We supply the deployment, updates and support. This is the option for organisations that cannot let project cost data leave their infrastructure at all.

What happens to my projects if I cancel?

They become read-only. We do not delete them. You keep access to open and export everything for at least 90 days, and resubscribing restores full editing. Losing a contractor's project data over a lapsed card is not something we are willing to do.

Which currency am I charged in?

We show prices in your local currency where we support it, and charge in that same currency — not a converted estimate. Use the selector at the top of this page to see another one. Enterprise is quoted and invoiced separately, normally against a purchase order rather than a card.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser, including the DWG and DXF reader. There is nothing to install and no CAD licence required.

Still deciding? Use it free first.

Fourteen days, one project, no card, no account. Long enough to price a real job and find out whether this earns a place in your week.
